Start from the mine or contractor specification
Site standards can define mandatory equipment, visibility, communications, isolation, safety signage, fire equipment and rollover protection. The approved specification should lead the build.
Load-aware suspension and protection
Canopies, tools, water, fuel, recovery equipment and safety systems add substantial weight. Suspension and tyre selection should reflect actual operating mass.
Fabrication and equipment integration
Racks, toolboxes, brackets, cargo barriers, lighting mounts and other fabricated elements should be repeatable across the fleet and serviceable in the field.
Project documentation and QC
Multi-unit mine fleets benefit from vehicle-by-vehicle records, standardized installation and a final checklist before export.
